By booking your reservation through this portal (Airbnb), you agree to hold OregonStays harmless for any injuries you, or anyone in your party, including visitors you have who are not included or named in the original reservation, incur as a result of using the Peloton Bike. Exercise common sense and caution when using the Bike. In addition to the 1-car dedicated driveway parking, additional free parking is located on the adjacent side street, but is very limited on a first-come, first-served basis. Guests with more than one vehicle may NOT park the second vehicle inside the complex. The uncovered, non-numbered spaces are intended for permanent resident-only overflow parking. The garage is not available, unless requested. The nightly rate for garage access and use is $9 per night. If you are interested in paying for per-night use of the garage, please ask and we can make arrangements accordingly.
