David was a great host. He was proactive with communications, including directions, check in, and local recommendations. The property was just as described, clean and comfortable. We would stay again if we’re in the area.

David's home was wonderful to stay in while we were in Medford. The home is gorgeous, very clean, beautifully decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked although we only used the Keurig and refrigerator while we were there. The home backs up to green space, but is close to restaurants, a grocery store, etc. And when we asked to extend our stay one more night, David called me to say yes, in order to let us know asap as he was not at his computer at that moment. We will definitely stay at David's place again. And we highly recommend the home, David's prompt communication, ease of access with very detailed instructions. Thank you David for making our stay in Medford so wonderful.

This townhouse was lovely and had everything we needed for a great stay. David was incredibly responsive and had many great suggestions including fabulous restaurants in the area. We really enjoyed our stay. There was a great office space, high speed internet and a working printer. These amenities were exactly what we needed and will stay again when we come back to the area.

Beautiful place. Responsive host. Comfortable king beds and private bathrooms. Nice neighborhood and walking path along the creek. Close to a nice golf course. Limited requirements for check out was a plus! Easy drive to Ashland.

The town house was fantastic. Very beautifully appointed and tons of kitchen ware. I was pleasantly surprised with the keurigs which saved us the tassel of making a full pot. Outdoor solaces were very pretty. Will definitely come back

David was a great host. All the communication and instructions were great! The place was clean and nice. It had everything we needed and the price was reasonable. It was close to restaurants and grocery stores. We loved this place and we will definitely book another stay there!!

We stayed here while exploring Crater Lake and Lava Beds. Overall, it was a comfortable stay. A gas station and Albertsons are less than a mile away. This really adds to the convenience, especially after 1.5 -2 hrs drive back. The bedrooms were really nice and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. If you plan on working remote from here, the internet is good for the video calls. Also, Rogue river is not far and we recommend visiting Ti'lomikh falls.

While in town on business, we found David’s place to be in great proximity for our work obligations. The house was super clean and thoughtfully appointed. We loved that there was a new amenity or thoughtful touch at every turn. we would happily return in the future and highly recommend this property to others.
